Was disrespected over the telephone today from a woman who kept laughing at my Spanish pronunciation. I was trying to be respectful to a “Mexican” store by speaking to them in Spanish. I was simply asking if they had a certain product. I’m sure my English accent was amusing, but you will lose customers when you are unprofessional. Btw… My Mexican husband said my translation was fine,

I was excited at first when I saw they have so much stuff but upon looking closely , they’re not that affordable especially the meat department. Freezer items looks old and not organized I bought some and it’s frozen bites (banana) not going there again

The cashiers serve you reluctantly, you ask something and they forcefully answer you. They mix the meat with the food, that is not done because of salmonella. And it's happened several times here and always the same thing.
