Extremely RUDE!!!!!! I called looking for information and help on a project and was met with an angry impatient woman who was very ugly to me. I have worked in customer service for 15+ years and her attitude and the way she handled herself was not only unprofessional but uncalled for! I called around to several shops to compare pricing and availability and had zero issues, so it’s not as if I was being overly complicated. If it wasn’t for the fact that I can’t find the part anywhere else I WOULD NOT do business there!

Very helpful folks at NAPA. I buy alot of parts for my Peterbilt here. The staff is knowledgeable and they have a full machine shop in the back. They can custom make air lines and all kinds of things.

We broke down on our long road trip home, the employees came outside and helped us fix up the truck and got us back on the road. I have never met nicer people anywhere on my travels. I am so grateful to have met them! I highly recommend you visit if you are in need of anything!

Knowledgeable help, with a sense of humor when I was trying to imitate what I needed. They not only figured out what I meant, they recommended a less expensive way to correct it.
