It took only 20-24 minutes from the time we entered until the time we left to not only open a new account, receive a new debit card, but to also make other deposits with Laura (who we opened the account with) and I believe her name was Caitlin- more than likely that’s the wrong spelling and or name, but I know it started with a “C,” but anyway she was one of the bank tellers this morning 11/24/2023 and was very quick, also. More than satisfied with not only their service today, but Regions in general this morning!

If I could give regions less than one star I would. Regions owes me over $2,500 after I found out that someone got my card info. They refuse to give it back to me even though I have insurance on this exact thing. Regions is terrible at securing and keeping your account safe. Stop while your ahead and find a different bank.

The bank is randomly charging $5 every three weeks and $36 each month! I’ve called and emailed about this!

Need to open the lobby for commercial banking customers. Only one commercial drive thru lane. A majority of the time half the cars in the commercial lane aren't commercial customers. Makes the wait twice a long as it should be. U

I provided power of attorney on behalf of my aunt to tend to her affairs while recovering from stroke, heart and respiratory failure. After contacting them numerous times, they refuse to aid in the financial interest for my aunt and continue to allow a family member and current employee of said bank to withdraw monies from her account for their personal gain. This individual is also under investigation with the Mississippi State Human Services Department currently as well. This is not an institution reliable and worthy of anyone's financial portfolio. Especially, the elderly.

The worst. I can cash my check at walmart, deposit the cash at Regions and be able to use the funds immediately. BUT if I deposit my check at Regions, the funds aren't available until the next day. So, given there are Visa cards I can load at Walmart, why do I need Regions? Oh, and their customer service hold times are about three days long. Done with them.

Can never use my card! I’ve changed banks once already and now it’ll be, again Monday morning! What’s the point of having a bank account here if I CAN’T use MY money? Exactly, there’s not a point.

After getting put on hold for 14+ minutes one worker finally answered and after given my information to check my account SHE HANGS UP! So, I called back immediately and have to wait another 10 minutes just to be put on hold, again.
