I have never had any issues here. Most of the ladies know me as soon as I walk In and we can talk about everything. I sent my mom in yesterday to grab my stuff and the lady refused to give her my stuff and just kept telling her I didn’t have an account when I have had an account for over 3 years. I was on the phone with my mom and heard the whole conversation. She just wouldn’t do her job. I called the store in Hattiesburg and they looked up my number and my account pulled up instantly. She refused to sell because my mom didn’t have an account there. She even logged into my account and showed her everything and stuff for her to scan.

Oh my goodness! If I could leave 10 stars I would! The Sally’s Store in Laurel has the best customer service. I’ve shopped at many Sally’s over the years. This store was the cleanest, most organized, and well stocked. The employees were so friendly and helpful. Their customer service is the absolute best. I’ll be back again and again!

One of the employees are very racist. She followed me around the store, not doing her job just watching me, accusing of stealing even tho I wasn't and she did not follow other customers, but I did approach her about behavior and did not like that at all. Very uncomfortable experience and couldn't enjoy my shopping.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Won’t be getting anymore business from me. Made me buy a brush because my 3 year old put it to her head like she had a disease or something! Knowing damn well if it was that serious they could’ve just threw it away.

Store hours listed to open at 10:00 AM. Website says open. The store is not open. Several people have been at the door to make purchases. This is not a good way to conduct or stay in business!!!!

117 dollar on a few things that I needed, no problem! But I had to wait on the young lady who seemed like wanted to be some place else! So checks me out and said" there go's your stuff" I say can I have a bag?she says 15 cents lol.. really! I just spent 117 with u! On top of that I gotta reswipe my card for 15cent!!!!!

In comparison to other beauty supply stores, Sally's is more expensive. In some brands, Sally's is the only supplier in Laurel. Plus, you pay extra for a bag.
