I would probably be able to give a better review if I could actually get an appointment. I've been calling for the past 2 days and no one ever answers. Trying to use a large gift certificate from this place but it seems as though it may have been a wasted gift purchase because apparently they may not be in business anymore.

Not very friendly or accommodating! Had a certificate ( of which I wish I could cash in)- rule #1- make an appointment so says the flip lip female. In spite of it only being 2 customers being serviced and 2 workers- not a friendly atmosphere , but then again perhaps due to me not being white or asian was the reason for her lack of friendliness for her business-

Things have changed tremendously in Sally's. Based on membership, there are no more discounts. Plus, bags are an additional charge.
