Horrible tenant service expect tenants to keep pest away and don’t fix nothing in my apartment I been telling Belinda and Tessa to get someone to come check my power and no one came cause I have to keep something plugged in my wall to keep power in my room and for my closet light to work and no one came to fix it if u ask me they just money hungry and I think they pocket the money since they cut a hole in the ceiling I’ve been having trouble trying to get the gnats out my apartment PLEASE DONT LEASE FROM SHADOWOOD APARTMENTS!!!!!

Management,cooperate is the worst i lived at shadowood park almost 2 years and we lived day bye day hating the place,we didn't have a mantaince out there for months,it wasn't our fault so we had to go without things being fixed in the apartment such as toilets not running and dishwasher and the mold and mildew is terrible there and the gnats

I had my rating at 5 when Abi was there but I have change it to 0. Megan is the worst manager ever!! I wouldn't let her bag my groceries. She might steal them ?

Abi cook is the best manager here @shadwood park in my opinion and she's very friendly n has tenants best interest at heart, will n has gone way above the call of duty, keep up the good work... Also All staff (maintenance crew) very attentive too..

THE PROPERTY POOL HAS BEEN OPEN ONE WEEK THIS ENTIRE SUMMER AND IS VERY SMALL FOR SUCH A LARGE COMPLEX FILLED WITH CHILDREN. THIS COMPLEX IS FOR FAMILIES (3 BROOMS) AND HAS VERY LITTLE TO NOTHING FOR KIDS TO DO IN THE SUMMER. THERE IS NO BUS SHELTER FOR KIDS WAITING FOR THE BUS ON RAINY DAYS. MAINTAINENCE IS SLOW AND OVERWHELMED. HOWEVER THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE COMMUNITY IS QUIET FOR A FAMILY COMPLEX.

Shadowood Park is a beautiful community with friendly and helpful staff. The application process is simple and to the point and they always answer the phone. The community is clean, professional, and quiet. These living quarters are family perfect and the community is nearby convient shopping centers and restaurants.
