“This Firestone and its employees, Miss Linda, Mr. Larry, Mechanic Mr. Larry, & Mr. Zach have helped me a multitude of times on a plethora of problems.
My first car was a Camaro. Nothing special, a modest V6, but my baby none the less. When I wanted to upgrade my wheels for a better look, it was hard to find tires that could meet the standards, but even harder to find a team that was willing to take the time to get it right. That’s when I found my local Firestone and some Firehawks. I knew I had found a group of people that didn’t just “work at a tire shop,” but rather folks who genuinely cared about others.
Life’s changed a bit for me and I’ve moved towards JDM and low cars. Relaxed one could say. Well, that is until it’s time for tires on the Q50. Not only does it eat up some good tread, but the tires are ever so slightly stretched. Once more I had troubles finding someone capable of such a task, but I knew my crew at Firestone in Laurel would at least try. Try they did, even with a couple of failed attempts. But that didn’t last too long before they were able to get all FOUR tires beautifully mounted, giving my ride a nice tucked look.
All in all, I could not be more happy with the team and appreciative for all they’ve done through the last 8 years of my driving career. Thank you all and I look forward to our future exchanges!”
