U lost this customer. i had a vehicle issue and had to take my car to the shop. I went by U Save because i thought it would be a better experience than Enterprise. The lady at the door tells me i have to have a utility bill and check stub to rent a vehicle? i was prepared to pay with my American Express Platinum card. why would i need to show a check stub? that is not your business U Save. I am retired and feel like it’s not your place to see how much i make. As far as a utility bill why? my driver license has my address. I don’t carry copies of check stubs, or utility bills with me. The bottom line is U save/-U lost a paying customer I will never darken your doorstep again—talk about a low rent business

Every year we rent a car for Elvis Week in Tupelo,Ms. Jill has always been very friendly and helpful to us. I highly recommend these people for your rental business.

Worst rental experience I've ever had. Ive rented from enterprise many times in the past and have never really had a bad experience with them. Usave was just a nightmare. I reserved a car with them a week in advance and have email confirmation and when i arrived to pick the car up they told me they didnt have anything available. I thought this was the whole reason behind a reservation. The peraon working there told me she has told them to fix the website or take it down. Regardless its now friday and i need to travel and am unable to because they botched the reservation. I recommend going with enterprise or hertz to anyone neesing to reserve a car because usave may juat throw your reservation in the trash.

Horrible service. I've rented from them before and since things have changed with their company things were horrible!! I rented a vehicle from them for me and my family vacation this weekend and the vehicle was in horrible condition. It was nasty, check engine light was on and they told me that the vehicle was serviced. The vehicle smelled like it was on fire. I shared some pictures of my experience. However, I spoke with the general manager and he assured me that I would get a full refund since the service was horrible. I advise anytime you rent from this place be sure to inspect your vehicle yourself before you pay for it.
