I’ve had service with USA Internet for several years and have never had an issue that was not handled promptly. No outages during heavy rain storms ever (this was not the case with other big name carriers). I’ve been more than satisfied with my internet service and would highly recommend this local business to anyone.

Great service, friendly, and locally owned family business. So excited that this company is providing internet when none of the “Big” names will. Unlimited service for a very competitive price. I am beyond happy with the service that I was provided by USA Internet and highly recommend them.

Terrible! I had service with them for 1 yr & the internet was always out. We were never credited for outages, some of which lasted over the weekends & up to 5 days at a time. We could only use 1 device at a time & as someone who works from home, this wasn’t feasible. Despite the inconveniences & terrible technical service, Mike, the owner, was always friendly, which is what kept my business. Then one day, out of NOWHERE, he decided to yell at me on the phone after our service had been out all weekend AGAIN. He came to my home, trespassed, & took the internet pole away without notice, although I’d paid for the month & never had any previous issues. Literally, never any beef whatsoever, so this personality switch was shocking. Then he wanted ME to pay HIM for taking the pole down... He was incredibly rude & highly unprofessional! Further, he insulted me in front of my children! Done. Never again.

I am thirty years old, so I remember the days of ZERO INTERNET, and when the wonderful 56k dial-up modem became the standard. I swear it had better reliability, I try not to be critical or biased and try to be as objective as possible in regards to regional and cultural differences from place to place. I just moved from Atlanta, Georgia we're gigabit is old news... yeah ... It's ridiculous... ISPs actually compete with each other in regards competitive pricing, customer service, and cutting edge technology... any capitalistic American tech business should in my eyes. I don't exactly expect that from rural Mississippi, but I do expect some sort of consistency. As long as I am getting what I agreed to pay a predetermined price for, I am happy. However, I didn't agree to be without internet for a quarter to a third of a billing cycle time and time againI will try and wrap this up... there aren't many choices in this demographic, but there is a clear and downright stupid one...USA Internet (clever name by the way) this internet service provider is a waste of time, your money, and ultimately your sanity. Wow ..
