The staff at this location has always been great...I can't say the same for Verizon's quality of service, the coverage is awful. We used have good service with Verizon.

As foreingers travelling through southern states, we had a two month prepaid plan, but after one month we got disconnected. This was a reseller issue, but Verizon at Laurel helpen us very kindly and restored our plan. We are very happy! Excellent service!

On 1/19/23 I went in to get a replacement phone from a warranty claim set up and they told me that they would have to charge me! It’s not my fault the first phone they sold me stopped working! Time to go with a different carrier

Terrible. Checked several places and everywhere clearly stated they closed at 8 pm. Google, Verizon website, Facebook, etc all said 8 pm. I drove 35 minutes to try to get a phone fixed showed up at 6:07 to a locked door and 4 people all mouthed "we are closed". All while helping one customer in the store and they just kept waving me off. No hours posted on their door.

The company is very expensive and the commercial that they are advertising about the free phone when you switch and a free tablet with earbuds.. COMPLETE LIE THEY TRICK YOU INTO A CONTRACT SO ME AND ABOUT 20 OTHER PEOPLE ARE FILING A LAWSUIT FOR FALSE ADVERTISING.
