They are horrible. They are rude. They don't care to do their job. They will say your medicine is ready then immediately say it's out of stock. Would not recommend

I'm not sure if finding employees is an issue at the Laurel, Ms location but Heather is extremely rude and kept saying out load how she clocking out in 20 minute. Horrible customer service and an even worse attitude. Avoid her at all coat if you need photos at this location.

I find myself in a peculiar state of discomfiture, much akin to a summer's drought upon my fields, as I recount my visit to yonder establishment known as Walgreens.
The Harvest of Discontent:
As a tiller of the soil, I am accustomed to the arduous wait for the harvest, yet at Walgreens, the wait doth test the patience of even the most steadfast sower. The lines stretch longer than the furrows in my fields, and the service slower than the oxen on a sultry afternoon.
The Weeds of Confusion:
Navigating the aisles is akin to finding one's way through a thicket of brambles, with remedies and potions scattered hither and thither, as if sown by a scatterbrained scarecrow in the throes of a whirlwind.
The Blight of Service:
The apothecaries, bless their souls, seem as bewildered as a newborn calf, their guidance as clear as a muddied brook, and their demeanor as warm as the north wind that heralds the frost.
The Pestilence of Prices:
The coin demanded for their wares would make a miser weep, as if each pill were a golden kernel of the finest maize. 'Tis a grievous thing when the cure doth ail the purse more fiercely than the malady it seeks to mend.
In Summation:
Thus, with a heavy heart and lighter pocket, I bestow upon Walgreens but two stars, for though it stands steadfast as a barn in the tempest, it provides as much comfort as a bale of hay in a deluge. Mayhap one day, like a seedling reaching for the sun, it shall rise to meet the needs of the common folk with the grace of a bountiful harvest.

Received a notice my prescriptions were ready. Went to pick up they were not. Had to wait 20 minutes for refills. Got home only to have a message!!! They filled one an hour after I had left town. I live 50 minutes away!!! One more waisted trip

I blame poor management they'll tell you can get a prescription you have to wait 2 weeks and you come to find out they never order it and then come to find out they can't get it at all they don't know how to answer phones however people you can file a complaint with your insurance people that control your medication

Called and was on hold and they would pick phone up just to put me back on hold for 30 minutes I waited and finally just hung up. I called the next day and they pulled prescription from another location and told me to call back in a hour well I called back and they played the wait on hold game again so called the next day i called to see what was happening just for them to tell me they didn't have any of my medicine in stock why couldn't they have told me that the 2nd day when I actually talked to someone so I went back to my original pharmacy I am done with walgreens they are not professional and that picking up phone and just putting someone back on hold is not right !!!!!!!

They transferred me from Quinns to Walgreens. Every time I have picked up my meds here they always say we don't have your prescription come back in am hour. Today they had my prescription for almost 4 hours. I pulled up and they told me to come back in an hour. I went inside and they told me they didn't have it in stock. Why couldn't they have called me and told me that so I could've gotten it transferred somewhere else. Really poor customer service.

Out of every pharmacy in Laurel.. This one is the slowest. We waited 5 hours for our prescription and never got it. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Very bad pharmacy to depend on for your medication they want you to do everything online, when you try to call you have to stay on hold for a long time and if you wait till the day of to get your medication they don’t have it and if you call a day early they say it’s too soon to fill and they are not very professional

I've been transferred to them by quinns and they called me to see what I needed filled. Told them what I needed and they said, "it'll be ready for pickup Sunday." I go by to pickup, "oh we don't have anything ready, itll be 20 to 25 minute wait." Come back by the next day to pickup, "we don't have anything ready it'll be about 10 minutes." This is why I stopped using them in the first place.
