I blame poor management they'll tell you can get a prescription you have to wait 2 weeks and you come to find out they never order it and then come to find out they can't get it at all they don't know how to answer phones however people you can file a complaint with your insurance people that control your medication

Called and was on hold and they would pick phone up just to put me back on hold for 30 minutes I waited and finally just hung up. I called the next day and they pulled prescription from another location and told me to call back in a hour well I called back and they played the wait on hold game again so called the next day i called to see what was happening just for them to tell me they didn't have any of my medicine in stock why couldn't they have told me that the 2nd day when I actually talked to someone so I went back to my original pharmacy I am done with walgreens they are not professional and that picking up phone and just putting someone back on hold is not right !!!!!!!

They transferred me from Quinns to Walgreens. Every time I have picked up my meds here they always say we don't have your prescription come back in am hour. Today they had my prescription for almost 4 hours. I pulled up and they told me to come back in an hour. I went inside and they told me they didn't have it in stock. Why couldn't they have called me and told me that so I could've gotten it transferred somewhere else. Really poor customer service.

Out of every pharmacy in Laurel.. This one is the slowest. We waited 5 hours for our prescription and never got it. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Very bad pharmacy to depend on for your medication they want you to do everything online, when you try to call you have to stay on hold for a long time and if you wait till the day of to get your medication they don’t have it and if you call a day early they say it’s too soon to fill and they are not very professional

Easily accessible, large parking lot. Inventory is reasonably priced, store is well laid out. Employees are friendly.

We had another terrible experience at Laurel’s Walgreens this afternoon. My husband was picking up his medicine and I asked him to get my one I take. He felt rushed at Walgreens. When he got in his car he realized a big huge bag had my name on it. The RX fill on the outside had my name, but it was stuff you drink for a colonoscopy. He called me and I told him I don’t have a colonoscopy scheduled. No doctor had told me they ordered one. I haven’t been to the doctor for anything but a pulled muscle in my back. I met him at Walgreens. We took it back in. I wanted a refund since it was $45.00 and not my medicine. The Pharmacist working who’s always rude and likes to roll his eyes said Walgreens doesn’t take medication back. It had not left the premises. I couldn’t get my $45.00 back and told to keep some stuff I’m not going to drink. I tried and tried to explain that there was a mistake. I wasn’t supposed to get that drink stuff. They seemed they could care less.

If I could give a zero I would. They have no respect or anything towards their customers in pharmacy. There are some that are very disrespectful and have attitudes for no reason. After, tonight I will no longer be a customer.

I've been transferred to them by quinns and they called me to see what I needed filled. Told them what I needed and they said, "it'll be ready for pickup Sunday." I go by to pickup, "oh we don't have anything ready, itll be 20 to 25 minute wait." Come back by the next day to pickup, "we don't have anything ready it'll be about 10 minutes." This is why I stopped using them in the first place.

WTH??? This place is absolutely ridiculous!Dropped off a Rx before noon and decided to run errands instead of waiting for it to be filled.I TRIED calling the pharmacy prior to returning to ensure my order was ready, but had difficulty getting calls through. After 5 hours of failed attempts and being hung up on via the store, I decided to drive to the pharmacy and got in the drive-thru lane at 6:30 pm. There was no one in front of me and the cashier/tech said "it's ready," then disappeared!It's now 7:22 pm and I FINALLY have my medication...so much for my weekend plans since I wasted an entire day waiting on Walgreens.PLEASE GET YOUR LOUSY SYSTEM WORKED OUT!

No one will EVER answer the phone! It’s takes days to just get a children’s ointment filled. I will be moving my prescriptions.

The people are friendly and the product was there but they couldn’t even answer a phone call from Walmart because they were too ‘busy’ my daughter had an infection in her leg and was unable to get her prescription filled

The associate that I spoke with over the phone was very rude and didn't seem to be concerned at all about giving me the information that I was asking for . When I arrived he seemed to be in a bad mood and was a bit confrontational . Very unprofessional environment .

The manager here (Heather) is an exceptionally good leader. I had a small problem with an employee and Heather was very respectful discrete and understanding for both the aggressor(the employee) and the victim(me). Thanks Heather for your good work and awesome attitude, all that does NOT go unnoticed and it's very much appreciated.Now anytime I walk in the store and that employee is checking out, Heather will make sure to take over the register when im ready to check out so I don't have to become further traumatized by that unnamed female employee. Thanks for being a hero in my book Heather.
