Coal Bluff Park Campground is a very good, quiet, and relaxing place to camp. It is a great, affordable weekend get-away for families and friends, offering a safe and friendly environment. The management is helpful and keeps everything straight, looking after the people there. The campground provides a swimming pool, a place to fish, and lake access for boaters and fishermen. There is a picnic area great for gatherings. The playground is not bad for kids, with a slide, swings, and climbing equipment. The restrooms are very good, consistently kept clean and stocked with soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. The location is also dog-friendly. Guests should note it is an alcohol-free place. Some mention minor issues with service collection and mosquitoes, so bringing mosquito spray is recommended. Overall, it is an excellent, clean, family-friendly place to camp and is highly recommended.

Love this site. However its in the middle of no where. Also the manager makes up which guest needs to follow which rules.

Great place to camp , but no one came around to collect our camp fee and no envelopes for drop box for fee , stayed all weekend and no way to pay

Pretty standard campground with a nice sandbar. Watch for snakes!
