I've been renting from Aron's for years and never had a problem they are great there flexible and curtious resoectfull great furniture .electronics.very clean and in great condition I wouldn't rent from nobody else I've owned a couch and laptop and never had any problems defiantly recommend if looking for great clean great condition furniture or electronics I'll keep being a customer and owning great items and the moneys resanoble and great price

I have been dealing with Aaron’s for 4 years and then some yes this location is great but I am upset my dryer went out and I called them I understand 4 th of July they were closed but I promised a dryer loaner on the 3rd of July never came I pay my bill on time do everything on my end how come I am still waiting for the loaner and was told today they might get to me or for sure Saturday that is not acceptable at all I have been waiting since the second it’s is now the 5 th I am not happy when I pay my bill on time .

This was one of the greatest transactions from the store manager to the delivery drivers. When I tell you they were so accommodating and took great care of me and my family. I ordered online during Memorial Day. The next day they were calling to confirm and gave me a delivery date. I was also able to buy some clearance items as well. Like I said super sweet with great attitudes. I’ll definitely be using them for years to come.

This store last year was good to go- seemed pretty dialed in. But- seems like since this new manager- Shawn came in the place has been such a huge pain to deal with for anything!
He sets a terrible example for his staff!! Unacceptable!!
Not just overpromise and under deliver- but straight up blatant lies to your face!! When you are a good paying customer- usually you hope for at minimum honesty. The lack of communication, blatant lies, and just the overall decline of this location had us pull our lease way early! We have spent a lot of money with Aaron’s over the years. It’s really too bad!!
Now…. If we can ever get them to come pick the stuff up!! This guy just gave me a nine hour time slot- and that’s if they even show at all! I have nothing else to do all week I guess!!
I can’t imagine sales numbers are actually being hit here. Ouch!!!

Somebody needs to tell the guy at Long Beach MS not to overload the customer with promises that can't be kept. If you say you are open at 10am.Don't make me call at 1030 and ask you to open the door. If you are going to cancel my delivery because only one person works at the store, looks like you would know that before 445 in the afternoon when the delivery was scheduled at 4. I cancelled everything. Long time Aaron's customer that will NOT be back.

The best aarons on the coast. The staff and manager are the best you could ask for. The manager Jeremiah treats you like he has known you for years. The other staff like ki and Pete are the best. They will work with you in anyway they can within reason of course. I recommend this location if you ever need anything in there product selection.
