I came in to purchase new windshield wipers. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They had a difficult time putting the blades on but they worked at it and got it right. My car's wipers were complicated for some reason.

Great customer service; called for a specific part and he said it’s in stock but let me go check the shelf just to be safe so you don’t come here for nothing.Extremely grateful for this; after going two other places that told me they had it in stock but nothing on the shelf when I got there.

The guys here are always friendly and helpful any time I need something. They give good advice for what you are buying and can help you locate anything in the store. Mist recently, I thought I bought the wrong size steering wheel cover and it just turns out I didn't know how to install it. The guy was very helpful and saved me from returning it and buying another one that would have been the wrong size!

Auto Zone in Long Beach is just about always good. Manager there is courteous and helpful. They give veterans a 10% discount.
