“The owners, Aaron and Lynn are the kindest, caring people. An object came out of the back of a dump truck, striking and shattering my sunroof while I was going 70mph on I-10. I pulled off the interstate to the nearest gas station and googled a body shop. Fortunately for me, they popped up and I drove straight there. They didn’t hesitate to help me put a crash wrap on the sunroof so that I could make it home an hour away. Thank you so much for your help. I enjoyed meeting you two, your cat and dog ?!”
“Today I had an Android auto radio system installed in my truck. Empress auto did a completely awesome job. I was in and out of there in about 2 hours. These guys are so very professional. I love this system. Thank you Emoress Auto. You guys did a fantastic job and was so professional the whole time. If any of you want radio service for your vehicle, go see these guys. Always excellent service. I say always because I've used their services more than once. I once took a key fob to them to program for my truck. They did it for free. These guys are awesome.”
“I was in Mississippi for graduation. A window was busted out of my vehicle on the weekend. On Monday, I contacted the dealership and they referred me to Dunaway. Teresa was able to get the glass and schedule me. The technicians were great, friendly, and quick. I recommend them for any glass need you have.”
“Needed to replace shattered side glass on our Tesla Model Y.
I received clear communication and terrific assistance from the service manager, Demetre. He was able to discount the glass and installation so that I avoided an insurance claim. Our installer Charles was prompt and arrived exactly as scheduled. He seamlessly installed the new glass and cleaned up all the remnants of the old. Would definitely highly recommend!”
“Excellent service and fast service! They did an amazing job replacing my windshield, and they also vacuumed my floorboards! My car looks brand new, and the price was reasonable! They were very informative and professional! It only took an hour for my windshield to be replaced! Definitely recommend Safelite!”

“Outstanding all around. Beyond friendly, very communicative, great pricing, honest communication. As a Jeep Wrangler owner this isn’t my first rodeo replacing a windshield. WAS my first with Glass Doctor of Long Beach and will recommend to anyone and everyone - and, given my windshield history, will absolutely use them again.”
