I would not buy anything from them. Nothing but overpriced lemons. Used cars at new prices. The salesman kept following me through the car lot and out to my car harassing me and wanted my phone number. Very unethical place. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Im actually sad to leave this review, but I think the family owned genuine fake persona from Kelle, was to act as if you're a long time running caring dealership was all a show to make a sale. When purchasing this vehicle the car fax information posted by Chuck Ryan, Chuck Ryan dealership page and the employee did not state there were any issues. I had asked to see video and more pictures, but was told by an employee Ali, she couldn't drive a stick so she couldn't take more pictures. I then again asked if there were any issues with the truck, I was told none at all, and by the way they were talking and how many years they have been in business I trusted her word when she said no issues at all. When we received the truck the transport driver stated the battery was dead, the tires were all flat and the emergency brake didn't work(it's manual). We had to jump the battery to start it and that is when we found that the engine light was on. Kelle from Chuck Ryan did not disclose that to us. Several hundreds of dollars later(not even done) trying to get the engine light corrected, we had to replace several sensors, a control unit, battery, battery cables, bushing to the gear shifter, engine clip, and several clips because the front end was not even clipped on. Today we were taking the truck to get smogged and never made it. The rear left tire had three lug studs and was sold that way by Chuck Ryan Dealership. The three lug studs were rusted and could not support the truck weight while driving the lug studs snapped off and the truck dropped down to the ground in the middle of a busy intersection putting my family's safety and people around us at risk of injury. The vehicle does not even have the proper lug nuts. When I told Kelle that there were issues that should have been listed and disclosed or else we would have not purchased it, she asked me to send her pictures and list the issues and also stated the truck was 19 years old. She has not responded to me at all. 19 years old is no excuse to sell a truck in that condition, with safety issues. She has not taken any responsibility for her actions. They lied when selling this car, they withheld and did not disclose info to trick us into buying a vehicle with major issues. Update: After damn near $1,000 bucks in parts the car did not pass smog.

I am the third generation buyer from Chuck and Kelly my family has been buying cars from here since before I walking now my nephews being the 4th generation has gotten their first vehicles from here and if you want an honest used car dealership that works with you and makes you feel at home this is the place to go even if you're just thinking about getting a vehicle but not quite ready yet still stop by and at least talk to Kelly and meet the crew and let them know what you will want when the time comes around they will keep you in mind so when that vehicle of your dreams falls into their laps they will remember you and contact you to see if you're still wanting that vehicle and if you are ready and they will do whatever it is possible for the keys to fall into your hands and when you already have a past relationship built with anyone you already know they are going to go the extra mile for you because at that point you're not just a customer you're family and that's what its all about especially when buying anything from anyone you want to be comfortable and confident that you are being done right and thats exactly how I feel when I walk into Chuck Ryan Cars and see Kelly standing there in her dads shoes! Thank you Chuck and Kelly! Hope all is well!

The dealership was deceiving, was not honest and took advantage of the fact we were out of state buyers. They did not list pictures that physically showed damages to the vehicle, and also did not list or disclose any major issues. the vehicle had major issues, check engine light on, four broken sensors, 2 catalytic converters broken, the left rear tire had only 3 lug studs and had snapped off on the way to get it repaired, didn't pass smog, window module missing, two rear speed sensors broken, tires were it bad condition, bushing missing from the shifter, the bottom is rusted out and will have to have a new exhaust system replaced, all the rivot clips were missing from the front end, the battery was dead, the emergency brake did not work and those are the bigger issues. This dealership is NOT HONEST AT ALL!!! ***** and *** lied to make a sale.

I guess you only need credit if you're an American citizen. All these illegal alien construction crews driving chuck Ryan cars without even needing a driver's license.

Hands down the friendliest people in car sales. Chuck, Kelle, Freeman, and Susan are there to make it easy for you to buy a car. Good credit or bad, they will make sure you get what you want and what you need. Find a way there and drive away in a great car with a 30 day/1000 mile warranty!

Best vehicle buying experience! Chuck Ryan’s staff is awesome! They’re all very friendly and very helpful. If you want a vehicle and don’t want to be pushed or hassled then do yourself a favor and give them your business. They’ve gone out of their way for me not only when I purchased the vehicle but in customer service as well for some other small things I needed. ??

Chuck Ryans sold me a salvage title without disclosing it was. I found saw dust in rear chunk and they messed up my payments right off the bat. They let me leave lot with wrong insurance. They know they would never let you leave with a vehicle without makin sure it was fully covered. Ive been lied to so many times. They make a deal with you then change it. Kelli has lied many times to me. I tried bein fair i paid my notes ahead but they are not . Many things theu done wrong. Yes they do take advantage of people they know they can.
