Awesome service, piece of metal in tire while traveling on vacation; front desk associate was very cordial and helpful. We weren’t sure there would be time to take care of us because there were several people sitting and waiting on their vehicles, but without hesitation, she said ok, there is one ahead of you. It took less than an hour from arrival to departure. They were able to patch the tire for $20 and off we went to continue our vacation. Their procedure to get vehicles in and out of the shop is very efficient and from the front desk to the mechanics, everyone was very kind and had very helpful demeanor. Highly recommend Coastal.
(I might add the young man who was also waiting for his car service, was a pleasure to chat with.)

This place is wonky as hell.They charged me five dollars and fifty cents to take a lug off of my car.They claimed it was a special socket.They just shoved the socket onto my lug and hammered the crap out of it until they got it off.That was their special socket.I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody

I just want everyone to know that The people that run and own coastal tire deserve five stars they are trustworthy honest they always have been ever since I started going there. They go out of their way to get you as quick as they can and get you out they have quality work. There are no nonsense place of business. I recommend them to anybody even people from out of town or people just driving through. I come here after buying cars at auction for quick oil change, swap out tire if I don't think it will make it to the dealership. The owners are sweet people, prices are fair, and they get me in and out. That is exactly what I'm looking for when I pull in there.

Dealership wanted to charge me $100 more for a new battery and installation. Jray at JMFS Auto Parts sold me a battery and Jay at Coastal installed it. Great service and quick.

Very bad experience. I got there at 7am and they ignored me for 30 minutes. Then told me to go park somewhere else and ignored me another hour. Once I got into bay, a woman talked me like a dog because I didn't turn my vehicle off immediately

I needed my AC charged, they took great care of me and even added dye just in case I had a leak. Mr. and Mrs. James and their team are amazing, they recently repaired my Mom's AC and my Aunt's AC and their prices are great as well! You guys are amazing, keep up the great work!

I was having car trouble and ended up at Coastal tire and Auto. I didn't have a mechanic, I had my dog with me, and I wasn't sure where to go .
I could not have landed at a better place! The ladies who are in the front are amazing and kind.
The mechanics in the garage and the ladies at the front desk work so well together! Not only did they fix my car they made a very stressful day was so much better. All of the employees at coastal Auto we're so empathetic to my problems and their warm and welcoming atmosphere was just what we needed. It was a hot day and it was very nice that they allowed my dog to come in the waiting room and cool off while we waited for the car to get fixed.
