The website says no contract, but they require you to sign an agreement same thing. They require automatic withdrawal from a checking account or credit card. If you look up reviews on Crunch Fitness they're all these complaints with the Better Business Bureau about how they won't stop the withdrawal when you want to stop your membership

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Make sure you read the fine print before signing up with a personal trainer. I didn’t even attend any classes before I tried to cancel my contract. I signed my contract through the keypad, I was never given anything on paper or via email. Nor did the manager inform me of a cancellation fee or I would have never signed up. Did I mention the fee is $300 to cancel?! It’s originally $900 but I was getting a “deal”. Now they keep trying to charge my account. Instead of speaking with the manager (Austin) he sent someone new over to help which resulted in no answers or help for me. I tried to call corporate but there’s no contact number. And you can’t cancel your monthly membership unless you pay your annual fee which is ridiculous. My best advice is do your research before signing up with crooks.

Staff was friendly. Out of town on active and fit pass, the gym was large with good size turf area and rig setup, plenty of cardio machines and dumbbells over 100 pounds

Nasty judgement at the front. Not accommodating, just give them your bank account and obey. Far to typical of a corporate franchise / communism. Your there to serve them. Lisa cannot be bothered, don't ask. I'll stay home.

This gym is a 5-star experience all the way! Every single employee is friendly and helpful. The space is clean as a whistle, amazing classes offered, plus tanning beds, hydro massage, and personal training. Plenty of equipment without having to wait. Free weights, spinning, HIIT, etc. Could not be happier that I joined. So much value for the money!

YOUR STAFF ACTS LIKE WE WORK FOR THEM INSTEAD OF THEM WORKING FOR US. OUR MEMBERSHIP FEES PAY THEIR SALARIES I cancelled my membership and informed my insurance company of the actions I witnessed of your manager(s) making accusations of alleged sexual harassment against several African American Gentlemen, and accusing me of paying someone to train me in your facility that wasn't a staff member. I requested to speak to them about it and was completely ignored in my face and when I requested a meeting with General Manager, I was never contacted. Your managers not only made assumptions and accusations, without verification, not once were either of us allowed to clear our names. And on one occasion, the sexual harassment accusations was posted on the member's account page and was leaked throughout the entire staff and facility. And their membership was cancelled based on these lies. I CANCELLED BECAUSE I AM TOO GOOD FOR AND ABOVE BLATANT RACISM. I will not allow your staff or anyone else lie on me or slander my name while my money pays their salary. Nor will I stand back and watch my Black Friends be slandered.
