The older white-haired female employee at the Beatline Road location is extremely rude. She did not speak to me at all when I walked up to her register, then when her card reader malfunctioned she got mad and acted like she was mad at me for using the “tap” option for my card. She said “it malfunctions if you tap”. Well, you probably need to speak to your customers and let them know that before they innocently try to pay for their merchandise. This isn’t my first run-in with this rude employee.

Went to get loaf of bread and some ice. The obese girl attendant was elsewhere. she saw me waiting and continued her chat, then SLOWLY sauntered over looking me right in the eye daring me to say anything. They she said how are you, but I did not hear her (sr. citizen) and she said, I SAID how are you. I said fine. Then she drug out making my change clearly. Then I left my bread, which is my fault because I was pissed, but she saw me and did not stop me or come out to catch me. I guess a low life store has low life staff. This was also clearly racist since I am an old white guy and she is neither.

The staff is so RUDE almost every time I am there. For a small town, customer service is all you have. I came in to today to an employee explaining on his phone to his girlfriend why he didn't call her. I went to self check out which is always an issue. As I was walking out another women said they are so rude here I had to agree. I have lived here for 4 years. I go there because it's convenient buy convince should result in RUDE

(Only convenient because I live 1 min away) Assuming the older lady who is always working day & night, is the manager. The lady who is constantly belittling her coworker’s in front of customers as myself. Today, I witnessed her yell at the older gentleman at the register cashing out a woman and her (pre?) teen daughter. Telling him he wasted her time coming up there because he asked for her help. Today Mam, you found the right one because right after that, as I was at the self checkout waiting for my receipt to be printed. She came and accused me 2x of not paying for my items all while bickering at me. Decided to walk around the counter and stand beside me until she seen my receipt printed. Still no apology and still kept bickering at me until I told her how rude she was to that Mother & her daughter & myself. I did complain to corporate and I hope everyone who witnesses her distasteful behavior reports her. I should had reported her along time ago but this is the first time she directly attacked me.

I have waited a while to make this review. I should probably just email corporate. But, it probably doesn’t matter either way.I’m pretty sure it’s the manager. She’s is wretched. I’ve seen her be rude to someone every time I’ve been in there. I’ve seen her crawl out of her office and yell at the only other person working there with a line around the corner… Instead of coming out and helping or opening another register. The selection has gone way down as well. I avoid this location at all cost now. The one over on Pineville is way better.

Big "mask required" sign on the door, yet even the employees aren't wearing them. I didn't make a purchase. Pandemic aside, this location is usually my choice.
