“I absolutely love Crunch Fitness in Long Beach! I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years, teaching everything from cycling and BodyPump to HIIT, kickboxing and water aerobics, so I’ve experienced a lot of different gyms and fitness environments.
What I really appreciate about Crunch is the welcoming atmosphere, the variety of equipment and classes, and the friendly people. It’s a place where people of all fitness levels can feel comfortable coming in, getting a great workout, and having fun while doing it.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, and there is a great sense of community. I especially enjoy being around people who are motivated to stay active and healthy.
If you’re looking for a gym where you can work hard, have fun, and feel welcomed, I definitely recommend giving Crunch Fitness in Long Beach a try! 💪❤”

“On vacation and came across this gym. Hands down the best gym in the area. It’s very clean, separate rooms for different styles of lifting whether it’s powerlifting or body building, plate loaded or cable. It has everything. Workers were very welcoming and made it a great experience. If you’re in town, this is the gym to go to.”

“This place has been great. After being here in Mississippi for several months, I was referred by a different area gym to The Energy Club after their sauna went down. I’ve been going here for a couple of weeks now, so I’ve been able to explore the different amenities provided. The gym is consistently maintained, and all amenities provided have been fully functional. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and they have a wide range of personal trainers for all levels of experience. I really appreciate this place.”
