This bank is usually very busy, especially in the drive thru. However, the tellers usually do a great job at getting people through the line fairly quickly. I prefer this branch over others I have used.

I was new to the coast and Kristen walked me through every step of how to set up my account. She explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. She was quick and useful! 10/10 customer service. Definitely will continue to use Hancock Whitney.
