PODS is a great way to pack and store items until we were ready to move and then unload at the new location. Mr. Chester was our POD driver for drop off and pickup. He did a great job and had great communication. My son said he is a great remote control driver!

I was calling to pay for my pod unit I purchased they sent a form I had to fill out and send back I downloaded Adobe and even went to pods 1 worker no office
I finally got it sent so I could pay. It is Tuesday about noon and they can't get it out until Thursday I will be working so it's setup for Monday I made sure to ask if that would cause me to lose my 350.00 deposit which is much more than anyone else that does auctioning now I just have to find out how to print an invoice from my phone I can normally just show it at other facilities on my phone it just shouldn't be this difficult

It was my first experience with PODS of Gulfport. Outstanding service in every way. The communication was top notch, the driver was extremely courteous and prompt. They did a great job in moving my POD from one location to the other. I recommend highly!!!

Pods is a great way to go! The price was much less than a full service mover even after hiring helpers for the large items. I also had the peace of mind knowing my items were packed the way I wanted them and strapped in to survive being dropped off a cliff

Chester was excellent in the drop off and pickup of my PODS. He called and coordinated in advance and walked me through the process. He was careful and on point. Thank you for making this move a better experience!

We set up our move a little over 3 weeks before the date of our pod delivery. The empty pod was delivered, we loaded it, and 1 day before it was scheduled to be picked up we received a call from the local pods saying they could not deliver on an unpaved surface (at the destination). We had been assured this was acceptable and even charged a non paved surface fee at the time of booking. With no other choice, we were forced to put our pod in their storage facility until this matter is resolved. Now, the day our pod was supposed to be delivered to our new home, they are telling us they don’t deliver to that area. Keep in mind we have signed a contract with all of the addresses and non paved surface clearly stated. Not sure what’s going to happen but we have been extremely inconvenienced and stressed with the situation. Still waiting on resolution team to figure out a solution.

Loved the PODS experience. Drivers were amazing!! Survey was WAY too long. Entirely too many questions. Maybe give that another look.
