Thank you for doing ones best to have items that people need , and for all the advice in every project we have faced . Thank you helping all the storm victims throughout the years , Thank you for creating a job for people to work at . Thank you for just being a great and wonderful neighbor to us of Long Beach . Thank You Mr. Walker for assisting us when the hot water line ruptured underneath our concrete floor at hot water heater , and then the next Mr. Walker helped us with much guidance and assistance with electrial and plumbing and all kinds of repairs as needed .
Garbage disposal bit the dust , so Walker's had a new exact replacement in stock and better priced than the boxtop stores , and time and fuel and time saved keeping it here at home , plus Jason gave great advice on install and a short time later sink operating good as new again and again lol . Thanks

Horrible place to shop and or rent from if you have to go avoid Jason walker he will waste your time and is unable to help you with anything unless of course you want to have your time completely wasted. Save yourself the hassle and go to lowes

I rented manlift over the weekend and wasn't able to get it to work because I'm of my lack of experience but brought it back today and they refunded me every dime. I will do business with them again and highly recommend them. Very professional

I went in and had two copies of my truck key made. I brought my own blanks, so I only had to pay for the cutting. The total was just under $10.
The staff was friendly and quick.

Closed Sunday… ok. Lot of people doing housework Sunday but ok. I showed up at 5:02 (closes at 5pm) on a Friday. I said can I get a roller cover? “No Sorry we’re all shut down”…… I’ll just go to Home Depot from now on. A 6$ item they could’ve gave me one if I promised to pay upon return. NOPE. I want to support local businesses but they need to Earn that support.

I recently rented a walk behind concrete grinder that absolutely did not work. I rented it for two days. I called them the first day and told them that it was broke and they seemed like they didn’t care that I should’ve read the contract. Needless to say, they charge me for two days and wouldn’t accommodate nothing. So whatever you do, don’t rent their grinder.

I rented a gas powered trencher for a day. I was told it would cost $140 plus tax and a $100 refundable deposit upon return within the 24 hour period. I returned the machine in 9 hours and was told I would receive the refund by the next day. When I checked my credit card account I was credited back $39. I called to ask why I didn't receive the full amount of the deposit. I was told because I didn't clean the machine and re gas the machine before I returned it. I was not informed of these requirements. If I had been informed I would have gladly spent the 5 mins. and paid the $1.25 for the car wash and the $0.70 worth of gas. I told the representative that I wasn't informed on these items and was told " you should have read your contract". And he said that I was told of the possible charges when I rented the machine. I was not told of these charges. I told them if this is how they do business I would be taking my business elsewhere and will not use Walker Rental again. The representative said good.Very unhappy customer.I normally rent from ABC Rental. They are most professional company and personnel. Learned from this lesson.

This place is a joke I rent a zero turn lawnmower I asked them to deliver it to my property. They did delivery with Tow Truck soon as they arrived. I saw that lawnmower tires is low. I asked why no air in the tires they say over strap it down. That’s why you seen it low. Then I see some cut on the tires. I took a pictures before he unloaded from tow truck soon as I take it into the property tried to cut the grass. I had a flat tire then I called the rental company Lawnmower has a flat tire I look what’s wrong with it I saw screw in the tire. I told him that screw into it they told me in the grass has a screw. That’s where they pick it up from. I thought they are going to replace a tire or repair it Guy didn’t even replace the tire. He just came to pick up the lawnmower he didn’t even offer any other Aquipment that was rude. I don’t recommend anybody for renting any tools from this people
