“I never leave reviews unless I have a significantly terrible experience... but, it is a rare occasion that I leave a great one. Our salesman, Jason, was excellent. Car buying is really painful and we were putting it off for a long time. We had several horrible experiences with both the salesperson and financing person with the last few cars we have purchased over the last few years. We searched a 500 mile radius for the right car and landed at Doc's Toyota in Philadelphia, MS. We did all the paperwork and discussions remotely. Jason made the process seamless and no doubt exceeded our expectations. When I went to pick up the vehicle and sign off on the last little bit of paperwork, we were in and out in 10 MINUTES! That's unheard of. We are a loyal Toyota family and will absolutely be sending our relatives and friends to Jason and Doc's Toyota should they be looking for an upgrade in the future. Also - shout out to the sales manager, Nick. He was very fair and easy to work through as well. Such a genuinely good experience.”
