No one is ever there, no one will ever pick up the phone or return calls. This just shows how professional and secure this place is. Do not rent from here and there are better local storage places that are there at the office and not ran by a corporation somewhere. If you know who owns this or the manager, please have them contact me now.

The lady at the desk does not clean up the facility. She will lie to you. She will try to rip you off by double charging. Adding in insurance and other charges without warning. We are not behind but the gate was locked. She would not open the gate blames on computer. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. This facility is horrible.

The lady that works at the storage unit is great. Unfortunately she’s not the person making the decisions. The price of my units will increase from $100 a month to $135 because of stupid insurance they say I have to have and sales tax. As soon as I get them cleaned out I’m closing them out.,

After the older lady retired it’s near impossible to get ahold of whoever has taken over. There’s never anyone in the office, sometimes our bill never comes, & you can’t get anyone on the phone.

Great storage and owner. When I sold my home, I rented 3 units - 2 normal and one with AC.
A big problem is the steep drops between some rows. No problem for my truck, but my 26' trailer scraped hard, and I had to drive to the end rows with my car.
