I drove 2 hrs and 45 minutes to pick up a leaf spring for a big truck suspension. The customer service representative was friendly, professional and efficient. Within 15 minutes of arriving the part was loaded into the vehicle. It means a lot to be treated with respect and not ignored on the merits of my gender.
