This pharmacy is a DISCOUNT pharmacy. They fill on average over 700 prescriptions a day. Were as all other pharmacies in the area don't even fill half of that on their absolute busiest day and most on average fill about a quarter of that. The reason the line is long is because people drive from all over just to get these prices. They always try to work with insurance or check to see if the cash price is better. Service like this comes with a price, and the price is time. They are located right beside a hospital and connected to community medical center. So you can imagine the amount of prescriptions they fill and see everyday. If anyone of you that has a bad experience and wants to do nothing but complain because you think that the world revolves around you and that you and your family are the only ones sick and need your medicine or that they won't fill your controled substances just the way you want them or that the phone should be answered every time you call them or that the drive through is like McDonald's and you want your chicken nuggies right now, then the best thing for you to do is get your prescription moved to a faster pharmacy so you aren't holding the line up with your complaining, or you can be kind to these service people who are providing service at the lowest prices anywhere around. If being kind and understanding isn't for you then please shut up and take your business down the road. I'm sure they would love you have you and smile and thank you for paying more than double and also do it in a timely manner.

The wait is entirely too long. Recieved a message saying medication was ready, waited 30 minutes in line, only to be told it still wasn't ready.

Love this pharmacy! My son has Cystic Fibrosis and they can get his medicine in! ? It makes it so much easier on us to be able to have them close by to pick up and the hours work with our schedules. Also wanted to add that having the app helps keep track of all of his medications and my father n laws. They always communicate, call and send out messages when our scripts are ready.

Do not work here. They have fired multiple people for absolutely no reason. They text you and tell yu you are at your 90 days and let you go to keep from giving you full time.

So, drop off prescription they tell me 20 to 40 minutes, come back over an hour later. They tell me they just got to it, will take another 40 minutes.. we so need a better pharmacy

This place is ridiculous! They refused to fill my prescription of Adderall because I didn’t have more than one script to fill and I really need my medicine filled because there is a shortage on Adderall and I can’t find anywhere else to fill it. It’s wrong to withhold medicine from people who need it. The girls at the window where very rude!
