I don’t know about the other bad review that are on this company‘s page, but I can’t say enough good they did an excellent job. Everything was clean after sanding and making a mess to fix the dent in my door couldn’t be happier and everyone was super friendly as a small business owner myself I tried to find, others locally to support I would definitely recommend these guys

I had an absolutely atrocious experience with Kings Collision and I feel like I HAVE to share it with others. From start to finish, this body shop demonstrated a level of incompetence and negligence that is truly astonishing. First and foremost, there was complete lack of communication was appalling. They never answered my calls or returned my voicemails and failed to keep me informed about the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. As a result, I was left completely in the dark about what was happening with my car unless I physically went to the shop and even then their excuse was they couldn't understand my voicemail, but they never returned my calls regardless. To make matters worse, when I finally did get my vehicle back, I discovered that not only had they repaired it incorrectly, but they had actually caused an additional 6000 (at the time of writing this, I am sure there will be more) in damages to my car. It was clear that they had cut corners by using aftermarket parts instead of the Mopar parts that were supposed to be used. Because of this they had to keep it an additional week. The negligence didn't stop there. Kings Collision managed to fry my underglow lights during the repair process, demonstrating a complete lack of care and attention to detail. The condition in which they returned my car was shocking - it looked like they had used sandpaper to wash it, given the multitude of scratches and watermarks that covered the vehicle, along with the rear view mirror being scratched and dirt/grease all in the interior. Months later, I am still uncovering issues with my car that are a direct result of Kings Collision's shoddy workmanship. It is truly disheartening to see how little regard they have for their customers and the quality of their work. If asked, I would strongly advise anyone considering using Kings Collision to look LITERALLY anywhere else for their auto repair needs. The level of incompetence and negligence displayed by this body shop is simply unacceptable. Save yourself the time, money, and headache, and find a reputable establishment that actually cares about its customers and their vehicles. I will be including pictures of the detail when I got the car before I took it to Kings Collision and what the vehicle looked like after as proof. Do. Not. Take. Your. Vehicle. Here.

Had great service, they worked on my transmission, and it had similar problems weeks afterward, ( twice ), and they covered it both times fully honoring their warranty completely.Service: Transmission

I’m sure the EPA will have a problem with them not containing the paint fumes and particles that permeates the area around their shop, as it’s hazardous and illegal to not contain the fumes from painting autos.
