They are rude, miss quote fees, tell you they don’t leave voicemails concerning your property, when you call them out on miss quoted fees they tell you that you can take it elsewhere and get charged that per hour. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. I’ve already found cheaper tires in town now I’ll just find cheaper automotive work too. The previous owners were way nicer and a million times more professional.

I took our vehicle there just to put a fuel pump in our vehicle no problems with the fuel pump yet but when we got it back we was driving down the road the door bell inside won't stop dinging and went back up there to talk to him about it he didn't have time to look at it. I wouldn't take my bicycle up there. They are the rudes people I ever seen. I won't be going up there and I would advise you don't go there.

Had a light come on for low tire pressure.He checked a tire that had been patched before.Put air in all the tires and didn't charge anything.

Good service but some miscommunication left my cars inside the business while it was closed but left my car unlocked beside the road throughout the night. Luckily no one tampered with the few belongings inside of it

Dropped my son's truck off there on Tuesday evening to have some work done that was supposed to take 5 hours according to the mechanic. Was told it could possibly be Thursday morning before they got it fixed to due to them not working a full day Wednesday. Called them Thursday morning to check on truck and said they still had a couple ahead of him and would try to get to it soon. Called back Friday morning and they'd still not even started on the truck and got an attitude and told me to come pick up the truck that they weren't working on it due to being harassed. I wouldn't trust them to put the chain on a bicycle. You'll be much better off taking your vehicle to Midtown Oil and Lube for quality and dependable service.

I gave a friend a ride to pick up her car after they were suppose to have fixed the engine & replaced her transmission line. Her car wouldn't go forward when put in drive. The mechanic hadn't put transmission fluid back into the car. Her car ran for a week. My friend's car is doing the same thing it was doing when she took it in for repairs. The owners are very nice and polite but I wouldn't let them do a basic tune up on my vehicle.
