“My old phone was about to die. My husband and I have been with Verizon for years. I went to Russell Cellular and the sales associate was very helpful. She helped me get all of my important stuff off my old phone and onto the new one. It was a long process and she was also training an associate. She was extremely helpful and courteous. She even helped me get the new phone hooked up to Android Auto. It's so nice to see people who don't mind actually assisting senior citizens.”
“The people of Walmart combined with the people of rural Mississippi gives you a great show here. That by itself is worth 5 stars. Friendly people and for the rest like any other Walmart in America.”

“Dylan and Arizona were awesome, Arizona was kind even though I didn’t deal with her directly, and Dylan was really on top of his game.
I watched him multitask and not skip a beat resolving 3 issues on 2 different Cspire accounts me, and one issue for a completely separate customer all while never skipping a beat with me as he is also super nice.
I believe the manager stepped from the back while I was there on Saturday 9-5-26 just to verify damage to my Apple care device was sufficient for a Turn in,,, and even he was super nice !
Great stat , great experience, I love to see it right here in my home town while I was only here for the weekend.
Oh,, not to mention all 3 issues resolved I was only in the store 25 mins.
P.S. Dylan is a great name 🤣🤣”
