This business is in violation of FTC rules governing the practice of selling gift cards/certificates. FTC rules mandate they may not expire for 5 years. This business requires a 3-month expiration. I told the employee I would be happy to purchase a gift certificate as long as they noted on it that it did not expire for five years. They refused to sell it to me. I go to the trouble of posting this review, only because it is infuriating that immigrants who are not yet citizens flagrantly violate our country's laws without any consequences or repercussions. See my photo of the FTC rules.

Maní/pedí really terrible service. Barely touched my nails did the entire manicure while in the pedicure chair. Held soaking bowl in my lap. Put color on toes that was labeled the color I asked for but is nowhere near the correct color. Also let a client that had scheduled an appointment sit and soak for an hour. And charged $$$$.Services: Nail painting

I found this location using YELP while heading toward Canton for later some later scheduled events. I was badly in need of a manicure and pedicure as I was still holding on to the gel polish on my hands and feet that I had done with my regular nail tech before Christmas. Because my schedule is so packed and my tech works on appointments only, I haven't been able to commit to a day and time; I needed a place I could walk-in and be done in 1.5 hours or less. They definitely met this expectation. This is your average neighborhood nail salon with "hometown" people who have built a rapport with their clients. They are quite chatty and have great customer service. I was disappointed by the appearance of my nails altogether and the price I paid. I am not stranger to a $100 or more price, but in this case the price exceeded the value. I wanted a French manicure and pedicure; the manicure was done with dip powder, while the pedicure was done with standard nail polish. My toenails have very little shine to them and the polish lines are not well defined or "clean." My nails are bubbly and cloudy. Some of them have red glitter flakes, which I'm sure is from cross-dipping colors/designs. The lies on these are also not well defined or "clean." $110 and I did give a $10 tip because the duo inside was very welcoming and nice. If you're seeking an average outcome with great personalities for a Madison County price, here you go. The stars are simply based on the customer service. I really wanted them to be G O O D and I tried as hard as I could to find the G O O D in my nails. I'll be trying to work in an appointment with my nails repainted before I leave for Africa next week.

I scheduled an apt for 12:15 because I had prior things and it’s never taken 45 for a removal and manicure that wasn’t even complete to the fullest. My tech had to get up several times from not knowing where things were etc. I had an apt for manicure and gel. He knew I was coming in order for him to be prepared. See pictures of the manicure I received where my cuticles are not even trimmed and under my nails are not cleaned that I was charged $30 for!! I was exited to find a salon close to work so I could come without having children with me for convenience but I am very disappointed in my experience

This was my first visit to Allure, but it certainly won't be my last! I had a manicure & pedicure with Christy (not sure if I spelled her name right). Christy is amazing!! I've been to upscale spas all over the place, but this was by far the best I've ever had! It has been 3 weeks and my nails still look flawless. As a nurse, I've never been able to keep polish on longer than a few days so this is huge for me! Christy took her time and provided the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had. She is a sweet, sweet person, and I really enjoyed getting to know her. I can't wait to go back!!

Love this nail salon. The owners are so sweet and friendly. They are thorough, they are careful... I have never had a less than perfect experience there. They are also efficient, which matters a LOT to me, because I don't have a lot of time.

First time being here bc I needed a nail salon open on a Monday. First impression when I walked in the door was it looked messy but not in an unsanitary way , just unorganized and junky looking. So, I stayed. Secondly, I made an appointment but when I got there, they said they were running a little behind (only 2 technicians working). I ended up waiting 40 min past my appointment time, then he filed my skin and made me bleed, he got my hands and the skin around my nails messy with the dip powder and it dried to the point he had to clean it off with an alcohol wipe. He didn't cut or file my real nails down or push my cuticles back before applying the tips, which was odd to me. So now my manicure looks a little messy. I'm just overall disappointed with my experience and I won't be back.

I just had the best pedicure in my 77 years. Scott took great care with my toes particularly some ingrown nails. All items used were in sanitized bags and any disposable item were given to me. The whole experience was excellent. Highly recommend Allure and Scott.
