Jonathan was amazing. I just went through my survey too fast. I wasn’t reading normally everything is higher on top. I’m sorry but he is amazing. He did everything correctly. He even then came back after he got finished with his other clients or customers just to see if I was OK I love him. He deserves more than any one could ever deserve in life, and I’m blessed to have met him. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Laura and RJ were super helpful and patient helping me change over to AT&T. Not only that but guiding me to better plan and I’m probably gonna upgrade my boyfriend to also . Thank you so much ‼️

If you come to pay $1000+ for a new phone (for which they receive a hefty commission), you will be taken care of. If they figure out you aren't there for a new phone you will be treated like you are wasting their time... even if the issue is one of their own creation.

I came in to get an upgrade for my phone, I was welcomed before the door was even closed. There were a few people in the store but I was seen immediately. The lady that helped me was wonderful, she got everything going for my new phone and even helped me get set up as a secondary holder on the account. I picked the galaxy s25+ and I really like it She picked out two case and a screen protector for me that was a buy one get one deal and that was awesome. The place was nice and had a welcoming atmosphere. The people were great, and I got everything I needed and answered all my questions. It's not my local store but if I'm in the area and have phone problems I know where to go, and I do recommend this store to anyone in the area.

Cory (James) provided exceptional customer service at the Gluckstadt AT&T store! I went in to purchase a new phone & then had several questions on different things. Cory answered every question….his people skills & AT&T knowledge are excellent!! He is probably the best AT&T person I have ever dealt with!

The manager, Cory, came to me and said he just got here so it wasn’t his problem to help with my issue. I was trying to get help on redeeming a gift card that I could not get redeemed via the website or phone number and instead of helping they kept telling me that they basically didn’t want to do anything about it. The manager told me I should go to the other branch that messed it up instead of them trying to help. They eventually did get my card redeemed after which the girl told me “See that’s all you had to do” basically treating me like an idiot. Then the manager proceeds to basically tell me I was lying and did not call the number since they did not have any issues doing it. I said to him there is no reason for you to get an attitude with me and he said “That’s not in my personality type”. They proceeded to be rude and me and my father decided to leave instead of them helping him with his issue.

Worst experience ! Girl was rude and dismissive! No help at all. Sold me a new phone with new service without explaining the increase in my bill which cost me 200$!!! I’m so angry! Customer service got by bill down over 140$ a month from what she sold me. Sheridan or Sheer something is her name .

Went to this store to upgrade my phone to a newer model. The salesperson signed me up for services that I did not agree to. Then once I figured out that they had done that, they couldn't help me to resolve it and turned me to the online portal.
Truthfully, after this experience of being ripped off and disrepected like this I wouldn't go to this location. Either go to the store in Madison, or just order online.
