It was about 5:30pm when I walked in this location to get a new SIM card. Neither of the employees asked me what brought me into the store until I had been there for at least 20 minutes. A couple of the employees we laughing and carrying on with their customers but I couldn’t tell if there were any transactions being made. I kept waiting and finally someone asked me what brought me in there and when I said I needed a new SIM card, a girl jumped up to come help me. Got it taken care of pretty quick after that. They could have asked me when I first came in and I wouldn’t have had to wait all time.

Cortez Jackson at the Madison, MS store helped us today getting new phones and setting up an Apple Watch. He did an awesome job and answered all our questions. He is a wonderful customer service person! We will be back!

Frank was more than helpful! He was very knowledgeable and helped us do multiple different things and make several changes to my account with multiple lines! He was fantastic and so personable! 10 out of 10!!

When I walked in the door, I was greeted by someone who could help me. I ordered internet and land line service, in addition to what I already have. It should be coming in the mail today or tomorrow. Once I get it, set it up, my issue will be resolved.

First off if I could give it -0 stars I would. The environment is not welcoming like it’s okay if they do or don’t get your business. The sale associate (PRINCESS) needs more training her customer service is completely horrible. As A customer I should have had better services,she talked more to the other associate than me.She was not ver knowledgeable she had to constantly ask the manager questions that I was answering, but she overlooked me as if I wasn’t being serviced by her. She was so rude that she messed the whole order up and I’m a customer that left without a phone.

The clerk's in the store did thier very best to try and help me complete my request but were forced to allow the assistance if the agent on the phone. After 3 hours and finally getting transferred to the correct department and agent. Which completed my request in 15 minutes. I was able to leave the store after it had closed ,(10 or 15 minutes after closing time). I prefer to speak with a human being whom listens to the customer, even while you're in side a store location with the proof of who you are. Very bad experience on the phone, but not inside the store. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Thank you

I have gone here twice, and BOTH times, the staff was VERY rude and not helpful AT ALL. I'd suggest going to the one in Flowood instead. Because customer service IS NOT a priority at this location whatsoever.
