Terrible customer service. I was on my way to work and stopped by. I tried to make a deposit. The bankteller and branch manager interrogated me as if I was a small child and made me feel like a criminal. The branch manager spoke with me and he had the audacity to ask me for my mom’s phone number to “speak” with her and after the discussion was over he “handed” me the check and it fell on his desk! I’m never coming here again! Just awwwful. I understand that it is their job to prevent fraud but making a customer feel low and implying that it was fraud is just VERY rude. In a nutshell this encounter was biased and I felt like I was being discriminated. If you THINK its fraud don’t make the customer feel uncomfortable. I’m pretty sure they have a protocal of what to do if the check bounces. I considered switching banks. If they delete this comment I will reupload!

I just moved to the area and needed to have something notarized. I called ahead and asked about the service. She specifically asked if I was a member and I said no. She said that was fine and that I would need to pay a small fee. So my husband left work to meet me there and I was told they wouldn't notarize anything for us since we were not members, even if we were willing to pay. It was frustrating because I had called ahead to make sure it was okay before my husband left work.
