I booked this room because I had booked previously and had a wonderful experience. This time, not so much. The workers acted like they didn’t want to be there and then I requested a glass shower like I had before but was given a handicapped shower. I won’t be back.

Did not receive the "perks" for my status. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the bathroom. Asked for fresh towels and never received any. There was a space for a microwave but there was not one available as advertised. The light switch controlled not only the lights but the refrigerator. If I wanted to use the refrigerator I would have to sleep with the lights on! I tried to order food from the bar but was told there was no service from either the bar, the restaurant or housekeeping due to the holidays. Very poor service for the Marriott brand!

Nice clean hotel.Only thing I was not happy with is we needed a blanket and pillow case for our pull out sofa. I called the front desk and was told they had it down at the desk to come get it. The inconvenience was that we were all in PJs ready for bed. The Desk clerk said they were the only one working which I get but, I stood and waited several minutes for help at the desk before this and there was no one there. So I left. It was ok to leave the desk for someone else but not for us evidently.

Room bathroom needs work for $200 a night they need to do better. Hotel itself is nice. Bathrooms were dirty.

I have the highest lifetime status with Marriott and must say in all these years of staying at Marriott I haven’t experienced customer service this bad. Truly terrible experience.We stayed here for one night as a mid point stop during a road trip. Arrived pretty late and wanted to just get some rest and drive out early in the AM. The bed linen was stained - which we didn’t notice till the next morning. The shower wouldn’t drain and only one of 3 of us could take a shower, and even that, standing in dirty soapy water that should have drained. We called and asked if we could get another room for a shower and the person at the front desk said the Manager wasn’t there and will come only at 9am and couldn’t do that. Their maintenance staff was also not there and wouldn’t be able to come till later to fix the problem. Unable to wait indefinitely, we had to leave without getting refreshed before heading on a long drive through the rest of the day.I asked the front desk person to have the Manager (Michael B)contact me when he came in and I am still waiting to hear from him. I even called back the next day and he had left for the day. Spoke to a Sales person who assured me he would have the Manager contact me. And still nothing 4 days later.Normally I would receive a survey via email after a stay through which I could have provided feedback. But I haven’t received one from this hotel thus far. Just a terrible experience overall. Would never stay at this hotel again. There are other hotels in the vicinity that probably deserve your business. Stay away from this one. Truly appalling customer service.Rooms: Needs better maintenance and better customer service overall.

This hotel was so clean and welcoming. I was so grateful for the last minute room we got. The coffee was fabulous as well! We'll certainly return here for future visits.Rooms: Very clean and accommodatingFood & drinks: Starbucks was delicious

We've stayed here a few times, and it's our first choice in the area. The rooms have always been comfortable and clean, and it's conveniently located in the Madison area.

This Courtyard has almost everything you could need. Excellent staff. Fresh and clean facility with comfortable beds, clean and odor free rooms. Only element missing: no hot tub. Other than that, this is a keeper. Highly recommended.

This place is a joke. We booked a room for 5(2 adults, 3 kids) 2 queens and a pull out they asked at the front desk if we wanted towels for everybody, if we wanted to use the pull out sofa and if we wanted sheets and blankets for the pullout. Why would we book a room with all of these beds if we’re not using them? Did they offer to bring the towels, sheets, and blankets to the room? No. They make us wait at the front desk while they go back and get them and stack them into my already full hands. Not to mention one of the towels was atrocious(see picture)On top of all that they’re painting the parking lot tomorrow so you can only park in about 20% of the parking lot the rest is blocked off. They did not mention that when we booked online only when we were at the front desk. We had to park across the street. When I asked why they didn’t tell us when we booked they rudely said we have a sign.Instead of a Bible they have the book of mormon.

I stayed here for a few nights and would most definitely return. The hotel is really nice, and the staff was friendly. The only con was they say they provide house keeping every other day but they never came, I had to call for towels everyday and request them to come and clean the room. Other than that, no complaints from me. The WiFi worked nicely, TV connected to Netflix. If house keeping came when they said they would, I would’ve given them 5 stars.

I was in town for a wedding, and this was the location of the wedding party.Reservation was the double queen. The room itself was spacious, with a clean and new bathroom. I called ahead to inform them that due to several delays with my flight, I would be arriving at 1am early the next day, instead of the day of my reservation. So, the front desk checked me in so that my reservation would not be canceled. I'm glad I did that. I would have been upset had they canceled without even informing us due to something not in our control? So we arrived maybe 2am. Got our room keys and went up. But looking back, I realize they never gave the wifi password, it was not listed on the key, never told us about any breakfast (but they did have a mini market to buy food), never told us about check-out time. You know all the basic info you get when checking in at a hotel. The stay overall was not great. We never got our room cleaned after asking specifically for a full room clean more than once. No clean towels the entire stay. We had to come down to get them each day. Then, when we arrived back at the hotel on our last day, our door was actually open. I was shocked. We checked our belongings, and we don't think anything was taken, but did someone enter? Was it staff? The room was not clean, so I don't think it was staff? We had definitely closed it as we had left. The only silver lining was that there was no extra charge for a late check-out, at least I hope! Overall, they need a major revision of customer service. The price definitely did not match the service.

Large beautiful rooms with tasteful decor. About 20 min to the airport. There are some stores and a Starbucks that were within walking distance.

Mediocre at best. Tiny rooms, no lotion or other toiletries in room, no microwave and poor customer services. They were doing construction on the block by the entrance and would not let cars pass. I called the hotel seeking assistance with directions and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called again. I was put on hold for another 10 minutes. By the time I spoke with someone, I had gotten directions from a stranger. The front desk didn't seem to care.

Ms. Mary was the front desk employee and she was very helpful to my parents while staying here. My dad got sick and Ms Mary was very accommodating to their needs. She delivered water and mints and she even followed up with a phone call to me with directions to medical facilities. You don’t always find this type of service. Mary was a blessing to our family and I’m certain she’s an asset to the staff and other customers.
