Some of the employees are nice some are absolutely horrible most are on their phones! You have to run them down to help you and then they are condescending! The Dick’s in Flowood is so much better and has a better selection of clothes and everything else! Also i had stuff in my buggy i was trying to decide what to buy and the older man i believe the manager asked me for some of the stuff in my buggy which was so rude and made me feel uncomfortable so i gave them everything back and left i wont shop here EVER

I wont get into the details but I had a situation where it was a misunderstanding so I asked for the manager, Brian came to me and we spoke about it and even though he didn't have to do what he did I was very grateful. Brain was very professional, empathetic and cared about the whole situation. Because of him I will continue to shop here. Thanks Brian.

I wish there were 0 stars. The elderly man in the golf section was extremely rude. I was looking for a new driver and didn’t believe us. Then I was shopping with friends in a different section and he asked again if I was going to buy something very rudely and caused us to put everything back. It is a terrible thing someone like this has ruined this store for my family.

Came in for one specific purpose, to buy a fast pitch SB bat. It was in stock as advertised on the website. The store was VERY neat and well organized. The bats were locked so I found an associate and she helped me tremendously. She went over and beyond to explain the extended warranty policy about the bat to me and offered to help me through the process. She was very knowledgeable. Nicer than any sporting good store I’ve been in lately, by a mile.

Call yourself a sporting goods store.Removed archery department and guns but is very misleading over the phone and online!Will be removing my account with your store and no longer shop here!And yes I spoke with an associate who told me they carry archery stuff and to come on in. Drove an hour here to just be told that it’s online only
