I had issues with the suspension of my SUV and took it to Firestone. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly. It so happened that that issue was still under warranty so I got it repaired elsewhere, but they did a great job for me.

After a recent service visit, I had a bit of an issue with the lack of communication regarding the time needed for service completion. However, after expressing my concerns, Joe (the store manager) worked over and beyond to right the issue and provided exceptional customer service and customer care. Joe addressed my concerns and took great care of my vehicle!

It took them 3 tries to fix the vibration problem in the front end of my car. It got fixed only after I told them what to do.

We were traveling through this area on our way to Arkansas and had a flat. This Firestone was the only one open and they worked us in and were so friendly. I’m very pleased with the service we received.

I haven't been to Firestone in a while. I see most of the staff has change. There was a girl who basically ran the place around this time last year named Kristi or Kristen. She was extremely good at her job and managed the place well to the point I thought she was the manager. I later found out she wasn't. I went in to get an oil change and before I knew it I was there for hours. I was listening to two guys talking about "Brittany didn't know what she was talking about" etc. I know Brittany has been here a long time and also does good by her people. Sadly I will not becoming back. I am going to try and find where Kristi or Kristen is/went. She always did good by me. Hearing men talk down on female coworkers just let's me know that it was probably this sexism that caused her to leave. Firestone should look into re-educating their male staff!!!

Terrible service all the way around. Took my car foe a tire sensor change and was told it would take an hour. We walked in at 1pm and did not leave until after 5pm! No updates other than they spent the first 3 hours doing an "inspection " under hood that I did not need nor ask for...3 hours before starting on the tires! Then 2 hours later, we are still waiting for them to finish up. Very displeased with the service and not getting it done in a more timely manner. I DO NOT Recommend.

My pickup truck stopped running and needed to be towed. A family member who lives in the area suggested I have it to Firestone. I took his suggestion, and I am glad I did because they did a great job. I was concerned because I bought a new battery before my vehicle was towed and thought this would resolve everything, but unfortunately, it did not. I am very glad Firestone personnel was able to perform the repair in a reasonable amount of time.

This have happened to me twice. I have a life time alignment warranty plan, Everytime I book an appointment and get accepted for the appointment, then after you all realize I have the life time plan, you bump me down further on the list behind the paying customers. This is not fair, you mistreat the life time alignment customers for the paying customers thus causing us to wait longer.
