Phones don't work-clerk said they had not in a long time-WHAT??? Who runs a business without a telephone?!! That was the first red flag!! Customer service was NON existent. According to the website, the item I needed was in stock. When I arrived at the store, the clerk laughed & stated that they hadn't carried that product in "like foreva" (her words.) No suggestion for a substitution or as towhere I might be able to find it at another location. Craptastic service!! Never again!! Amazon had what I needed and I'll never go to the store again. Pathetic pathetic pathetic!!

Store would not price match bodybuilding.com even though it says they do right on their website. I have done this and many other GNC's for a long time but their employee insisted that they did not price match.

Dropped by to look for a specific product. 2 guys were in there. They did not speak nor offer to help me but they helped the other 2 people. They also spoke to everyone else who came into the store. They should treat everyone the same and offer to help everyone.

Went by at 3PM today, door was locked, no sign on the door. Few other people were waiting outside as well. Lost some business I suppose. I had to drive all the way to vitamin shoppe in Jackson. Recommend posting sign on the door next time and/or holding management or staff accountable. So inconvenient.
