The staff is friendly and helpful and I am able to find help quickly unlike Lowe’s. Will being coming to Home Depot from now on.

My family and I have been doing some home renovations and out of all of the Lowe’s and Home Depot locations we’ve been to, this location is hands down the best. The staff is super friendly and helpful, more specifically, a gentleman named Calvin that works the front desk. He’s been super helpful every single time we’ve been there! There’s also a gentleman that works in the paint department (he worked July 1st & 2nd and remembered us from our other visits), I didn't catch his name, but he’s been so kind and helpful as well! A special thank you to those two guys for all the hard work and dedication! They are a wonderful representation of your company, and I hope to see them get a well deserved promotion!

I needed lumber and needed assistance. In the past the customer service here has not been great but on this day Omorris and James did not hesitate to help. It was so refreshing and I really appreciated it.

We spend thousands a year at Home Depot. Occasionally we don’t have the receipt to return things we don’t end up using on one of our houses. There is NO reason that Geraldine should be getting an attitude and being so rude to us for asking to process a return. It’s literally her job. Somebody needs to speak to her about her customer service.

I purchased 25 bags of top soil on 4/23/24 at this location. The lady at the counter outisde was very pleasant. As I was pulling the cart full of top soil to my truck, a very nice & eager to help young man by the name of Jordan asked if he could help me load the bags in my tuck. I told him I was fine on loading them on my own, but he would not take no for an answer. He helped load my truck then thanked me & said have a blessed day!!! As a business owner, I really appreciate an employee taking the initiative to go out of their way to help a customer & represent the company in a positive manner. We need more people like Jordan!!!!
