Completely unprofessional with Reggie.
I am currently sitting here after doing my drop off which I had to call and remind them apparently. They asked me a bunch of questions, which made it clear, I was overlooked on drop off or they forgot me. I told them I would pay on card but now I was handed a voucher and expect to mail in? The kicker to it, I was rushed away for another customer, after I asked the question. And was told I’ll get back to you. I’m still sitting here waiting. Not acceptable at all. Furthermore, after they clearly forgot about me. I received several calls back to back from Reggie vs just leaving a voicemail, like most would. Then proceeded when I met up with him to ask me about answering my phone cause he called several times. Thats not really is place to address my phone habits either.
Addition, I'm guessing someone read this while I was setting there, thank you for getting someone to help me. I was brought to the back and I explained the situation to another staff member. I heard Reggie saying my preferred payment method, which is unacceptable in my opinion. The young lady that helped me seemed like she was trying to help, but told me at the end of the day what it was. She explained other avenues to address my issue, which worked, I didn't get that with Reggie. I was just rushed off. Just unacceptable at the end of the day. Thank you again to the young ladies that helped.

Customer service and communication almost non existent. Several left messages went unreturned. Maybe another branch is better than the Madison branch.

Great and very professional service from Jeannia, she was very helpful. I will most likely use H&R Block next year depending the complexity of my taxes throughout the year and whether it will be worth with the H&R Block fee.
