They are so nice at this pharmacy. I switched from Walgreens after years iof business because their lines were always horrific and they never learned my name. Never acted happy to have my business.

I wish I caught the name of the sweet girl who was working in the drive through pharmacist/pharmacy at around 3/4 pm today! I know working for the public is a whole job itself but she took the time to not only make sure I had what I needed but she also made sure my hound dog /companion (who rode shot gun) had a treat while waiting. It was a small gesture but one that did not go under appreciated! Thank you so much. You were such a sweet girlie even offer her a treat! Thank you again. THE SWEET WINDOW GIRLIE DESERVES A RAISE 😂🫶🏻

The worst experience I have ever had there; these people are so rude. I always loved the Kroger pharmacy when I was in Clinton; the people who work there are professional and helpful. However, this Madison location is totally different, the male pharmacist and the technician are horrible, with very arrogant and bad attitudes. If you don’t love your job find something else to do, don’t put your frustration on your customers period. I will definitely move my whole family prescriptions to somewhere else. Very disappointed!

I’ve got to imagine you’d get better customer service from the taliban.

I’m done with this pharmacy and moving everything to Brick City. They’ve been giving me the run around on a refill for 3 weeks. To begin with, they didn’t fill the prescription as written initially and split it by giving me 2/3 and adding a third refill. So I run low and try to get it refilled. They tell me I can’t for 2 weeks. I come back in exactly two weeks and they tell me 6 more days. I go home and do the math and it should have been refilled right then but they still refuse.I go back the day they told me to return and they tell me I need a new prescription. lol So I have to argue with them about filling the other third that they seemed to ignore. On top of that I’m obviously hearing impaired with hearing aids and they wouldn’t even come to the counter where I could hear then. Just ride. The other problem is you can’t request a refill and tell them you’ll pick it up the next day. They won’t fill it and you still end up waiting. So you have to lie and tell them you’re waiting. They’re the worst and I’m done with them.

The store is clean, well lit and well stocked and it has a hot food deli and carries a large assortment of specialty items that I tend to buy often. The staff is courteous and friendly. However, this store gouges on prices terribly. This is a very, very, very expensive store. You can get a handful of items and you are over a hundred dollars. I purchased a small can of lysol spray and it was almost $9.00. Again this is a small can. Not an average size can. I did not check the price until I made it in and I checked the receipt. A small package of chopped beef is $12.00. Again, this package is very small. Bausch + Lomb 'Areds 2' Eye vitamins were $30.00. Genteal Eye drops gel were $12.99. A small pack of chicken thighs were over $8.00. A very small pack of Ozarka Spring Water was $6.49. A regular size box of tall trash bags is $10.99. Everything has higher than normal prices and I no longer blame the pandemic. The stores are seeing record profits and the food manufacturers too. How is this when they claim they have to pass higher prices to consumers and it sounds like they are just breaking even when that's not the case at all. Again, they are making record profits. A news report came out that went into detail about how much of a record they were hitting and this comes at the expense of the struggling consumer. Kroger has just not readjusted downwards its prices. They've kept their prices at pandemic pricing and the only entity this serves is themselves and their bottom line. Yes I can go elsewhere. But every grocer is doing this. They are fleecing people. That's why Kroger deserves one star and honestly not even that.

The pharmacy itself is good and always timely. However, they have the most frustrating call in system ever! Its a voice system and it cant understand anything. It is so sensitive that it picks up the wind blowing. Its awful and beyond annoying. Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 calls to get this system to get my refill correct.

I was in dire need of medicine for my mother. I traveled a ways wonder to get her medicine. I walk in I see a line of customers. I wait, wait, wait, line slowly moves. No drive through because of understaffed. This is not the Kroger I once knew.

Yes, since covid started, you guys turned into garbage. I moved all the prescriptions I could to HWY 51. I suggest that you do the same.

The pharmacy at this location is among the worst I have ever seen. Multi hour wait, the support staff is very unprofessional. I wouldn't go here if the medication was free. The staff lack ability and any semblance of customer service. Absolute waste of time.

The service is terrible here. I have to go at least twice a week and I hate it! The pharmacy is always delayed by hours . There's always construction going on. No one ever offers you help . They are always out of stock of anything that you have coupons for !

I don't usually post many negative reviews but these guys are totally rude. They are completely incompentent as well. They are dealing with medicine and you would think they would do it professionally. Also the floor look as it has rodent droppings on it.

When I have a prescription called in, I expect to be able to pick it up at least within 24 hrs and most of the time within a couple hrs. Couple weeks ago doc called a medicine in and I went to pick it up 2 days later and it wasn’t ready. Yesterday went to get a med that was called in a week ago and it wasn’t ready. Also had one called in yesterday that I went to pick up today and wasn’t ready. If this happens again I will plan on changing pharmacies. Ridiculous.
