I liked how the server was able to take all of our orders without writing it down and get the all orders right the first time out.Parking: Plenty of parking handicap accessible.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Will chair accessible? No problem was getting in or out the doors.

i’m not at all pleased with the results i received today at the madison location. i ordered my food a whole hour before i went to pick up order and when the lady brought out my order, she informed me that they just put bread in it oven and that their will be a wait… know i knew i was late picking up my order but i expected everything to be already be bagged up and ready to go. if i had placed my order an hour before why wasn’t the bread already packed up?? i’m sure y’all weren’t out of bread for that long. when i told her i would wait she acted like the wait was just going to be so long and acted as if she didn’t wanted to give to me. i wasn’t going to trip over the bread but i did really want it because i had my mouth set for it and i requested it in my order.i love longhorn bread especially love to eat it with my steak. i just said forget it.i also didn’t get the utensils i requested for. on top of my having to constantly drive around restaurant to find somewhere to park bc curbside was full although the cars that were there was empty. y’all should do better with that.but to top things off my steak was cooked medium well/well done although i requested just a medium cooked steak. now that really pissed me off bc most parts were well done. i hate a medium well/well done steak. won’t be back at this location for a while. but i still love longhorn, i will for now go to the flowood location.i was not at all satisfied today and hardly ever leave food reviews i just take my lost and move on but

My friend ordered Medium well but they brought well done.We ordered to back well done order to bring medium well but they took 25 minutes and did not bring it the employee came and said no more beef for this night !We asked the employee to bring the managerThe manager told us that he came to this branch to solve many problems with the orders and the employees!!! He apologised for us about this problem and we went with unsatisfied with this service.

This is the most poorly run restaurant. The workers park out front in the Take Out Parking. We traveled an hour and a half to this place to be told there are only 2 servers and we'd have to wait 30 minutes. Why open?

The food is normally awesome,, it was under cooked this time and seasoned to much.. my filet was loaded with pepper and I didn't order it like that. We will go again just hope it's better next time

Every time we come to this location, there aren’t enough waiters, service is slow take so long for some one to come even introduce themselves. Every waiter we have gotten the last 3 times have been horrible no check ins or anything it’s as if we aren’t there having to get the attention of others. I really would like things to get better . It always seems we receive the tail end service.

My family and I love dining at Longhorn. The food, service, and atmosphere are always great. There is almost always a long wait, so I have learned to go early. 10 10 recommend.

It’s ashame I have taken my mother out for dinner the last two times I was there to visit her and we tried to come to Longhorn steakhouse. They give us the same excuse regarding the wait staff! It seems the management for this location can’t get anyone to work!!!

We waited for an hour and a half to get a table. They were not busy. They had tables everywhere that were empty. I work in a restaurant so I understand having a short staff. Once we were sat, our server took about 10 minutes to get our drinks. Once we ordered our appetizer he come back and said they were out. We asked for flat wear and were brought plastic. They were out of real flat wear. So we changed it no big deal. We ordered our food and the server come out and said they were out of ribs. My husband had to order something else. Then when our food came out it was all wrong. They brought Mac and cheese for the whole table as sides because they were out of fries. We love Long Horne but this is not the one to eat at. I really felt sorry for the server because all this is simply poor management!!
