If I could give 0 stars I would due to lack of customer service. This was the second and last chance I gave this service department since moving to the area in March of 2021. I drop my vehicle off afterhours on Sunday with the night drop box and also had scheduled an appointment for 7:30 am on Monday the day after. Never once did I receive any contact from Tamara Smith whom the appointment was set for via their website. When I called at noon on Monday she stated she had yet to check the night drop box. (STRIKE 1) She stated she would try to squeeze me in that day or the following day. Tuesday called at 10 a.m. due to no contact. Tamara Smith stated nothing was wrong with the vehicle but never contacted me in regards. (STRIKE 2) So after asking them to recheck things at that time. She stated she would have the service tech or his assistant to test drive it and see if it would duplicate this issue I had with the vehicle. After 3 p.m. and not hearing anything I called again to find out from her they have yet to test drive it. (STRIKE 3) Apparently, they could care less and charged me almost $200.00 for nothing. I immediately to my vehicle to BIG TEN TIRE where they at least care about customer service. AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS!!!***UPDATE: BIG 10 TIRE found a leak in the back driverside air ride...Dealership claims they checked everything! FRAUD***

Don't bring your car here..! I was truly warned about bringing my car here for repairs. Never give you a call back and will keep your car for months. Always will tell you that your part's is on back order. This was done To me on two separate occasions. The building is beautiful but the staff is full of lies.. STAY AWAY FROM HERE WITH YOUR CAR REPAIRS.

This place is a joke!! My Dodge has been here two weeks and they still haven’t even “diagnosed” the problem (which is the transmission). I have an extended warranty that covers it and will get me a rental car if they would just diagnose the problem and call my warranty company. Also I was told that my car won’t even get touched until the technician comes back from vacation. If you know what is good for your sanity then do NOT bring your car here.

Maik haik would not honor a service agreement made when I brought my Laramie longhorn 3500 in for service. They had always honored before was told that they are under new management and could not honor it any longer. Further I had one parking sensor out was told it was 155 to tell me I had a sensor out and 299 plus labor for one sensor. On line I found a whole set of 4 sensors for less than a 100$. I was told by the underwriter I am on commission and I need to make money. I love my truck but a service department can ruin the reputation of a dealership. This dealership also wreaked my truck in a past visit and the paint repair was poor. I will not be returning to this dealership

Edit: I will add a star in my review due to the charges for my service being adjusted to the original quoted amount. I'm still not sure why it took so long but I won't make a big deal about it.I am very disappointed with the Mac Haik Madison service department. I arrived an hour before they opened and was the first or second customer for the day. Shortly after arriving, I was told by the service advisor Jimmy that they would start on my vehicle to cut down my wait time. I don't blame him for this, it has to be a problem with the lack of accountability for labor and the time used/charges for it. They took way too long (4-5 hours) to install factory accessories on my car and charged me a fortune for labor. It seems like they deliberately delayed the work to run up the bill. They also did not communicate well with me and kept giving me vague excuses. I ended up paying twice what I had been quoted for the labor. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and money.

I have been trying to get my 2020 Jeep Wrangler repaired here since late September. It is now mid-November and they still haven’t been able to fix my problem. Last year it took close to two months to fix an issue. I can’t get a response back. I just want to be able to drive my Jeep.

My 20 year old son took his 2012 Dodge Challenger to the Madison location to be repaired. The car has been at Dealership for almost two months. I’m well aware that dealing with an extended warranty company is time consuming. The lady Tamara is so rude and disrespectful. She is a lair. We tried to be patient and let them take there time. At this point I felt the need to step in as a parent to a young son because they were telling him anything. So we show up there Tuesday to see what was the issue with the car being repaired. We were told by Tamara that the technician said he wasn’t breaking the engine down again so the extended warranty technician can approve the work on repairing the cylinder head. So no one told us that he refused to break the engine down to have the work approved to be repaired. After we were quoted over 1700 dollars for the diagnostic. I was shocked to hear her say this because if the engine was not broken down then how can the work be approved. I would not advise anyone to go to the location service center it’s some mean rude ppl that work there. I just want my son car repaired and we will never deal with this place again.

Jared should really be reprimanded. He scheduled a service appointment for me. Then when I got there an had my vehicle towed. I was told he lost my number and could not tell me the service guy called out sick. He then told me the other service guy could complete the job today. So I waited around for two hours just for Jared to say nevermind thats not true he won't be able to get to me today. This was a waste of time a waste of a tow and awful service.

Sonny D is the lady to see. She was very professional and did everything in her power to get us the car we wanted in price range we were looking for. She was very courteous and made us feel like family. We are very please with the service she rendered

Brought in my 2021 Grand Cherokee L for service. I had a problem show up while traveling out of state. I brought the vehicle in, with Tamera helping as my service advisor. They quickly assesed the problem, and took care of it within a day and a half. Tyrone, the General Manager, even checked in with me to make sure all my concerns were met. From the initial purchase to now, everyone there has been very helpful and professional.

Purchased a ‘22 Jeep Gladiator recently from Flowood location but live closer to Madison location. Went to Madison location to get my first JeepWave oil change and wheel rotation on 4/23. My Jeep came back with dirt and grease all over drivers inside so I had to clean inside before getting in to driving off. Later in same week (3 days), while cleaning, I notice my brand new extra pack of security wheel locks, that came with my Jeep initially, were missing and replaced with some regular lug nuts.4/23 The male service advisor, that has a Jeep, came and asked me for the key for my tires. I told him about the unopened new package inside my center console to use that key to rotate my tires since I didn’t know where the extra one was. (Tires already had locking kit on them)Visited the dealer yesterday 4/30 to get my locking lugs back and the SERVICE DEPARTMENT tried to convince me that the extra pack of locks were put on my truck. Ok, so where are the locks you took off? Was my question. One sales guy even tried to convince me that my truck came with all 5 regular lugs and they installed the lock kit that day 4/23. Told the guy to stop talking to me and get me a supervisor. THE KICKER:: My Jeep was purchased off the showroom floor with wheel locks already on it! Full Loaded!THIS DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT STOLE MY EXTRA LOCKS!Outcome: After explaining to supervisor (I’m guessing that’s who he was) the guy understood exactly what happened and ordered me another brand new set from the Jackson site to go and pick up.Picture is what they left vs what came with my Jeep
