The gym floor has many machines, free weights, barbells, squat racks, and a variety of cardio equipment like treadmills and bikes. The indoor pool area features a therapy pool, hot tub, cold plunge, and two pools, making it ideal for laps and recovery. Locker rooms are clean and well-equipped with showers. The center offers group classes, boot camps, personal training, and a turf area for crossfit. Child care is also available. Though membership is on the pricier side, the quality and variety of amenities make it a great choice for those looking for a comprehensive fitness experience.
I had cataract surgery here June 18 and follow-up appointments June 19 and 26. I highly recommend the Eye Group to anyone needing it's services. They are professional, timely, and personable.

Very clean and well equipped gym. The staff there is very friendly and one staff member Taylor was very helpful in assisting me retrieve my phone out of the stair master. Helpful tip, don't drop your phone in one of those things they have to take it apart to get it out. 10/10
