“Recently I had to ship some stuff to be serviced. I inadvertently left one item out of the box. I didn’t realize it until I got home. I got the item and took it back to the store. The young men were incredibly helpful!! They went and found my box among all the other boxes in the store and opened the box so I could add my forgotten item. The worked as a team to solve their customer’s problem!!”
