This branch is the worse I have ever been to. Let’s start with my first trip. I will not be returning to this bank ever and will let everyone I know not to come here. The tellers are lazy and find every excuse not to cash your checks. This has not happened just one time but multiple times for me at this location. I go to a different branch and there is no problem with getting my checks cashed.

Went and opened up a ckn account . The lady that handled my account was very professional to the tee on my options . Solar Bay , and me John McBride recommends Regions . They are everywhere. If you need a bank get a Regions account and get to know your banker and your in good shape . ?

Whatever you do - do NOT sign up for any type of account here if you get one of those promotional letters in the mail. This bank is a total FRAUD and is full of SCAM ARTISTS. I previously signed up for the $400 promotion and was later told it would not be honored because my address was different than the one they mailed the offer letter to (and this is after I deposited over $5K in checking within a matter of months)... so whose fault is that that they mailed it to the wrong place and I still got it anyway?When you try to get help over the phone or through their chat service, the only answer you get is to go into the branch... then once you are there and speak with their manager (who is useless) they tell you "that's something our marketing department handles. We can't help you." Aaaand then when you try to close your account, they first tell you there is a hold on your account because I opened the account virtually and not in person. Not ONCE did anyone reach out or say anything to me about the hold when I was making large deposits.. I was only told when I tried to close the account. How suspicious... heads up, you have to wait for the general manager to come back from their 1 hour lunch to close an account for you... but not before they charge you $25 for "cancelling early."Also, they require $1,500 minimum for all checking accounts.... a total predatory scam is all this building holds. I've also reported them to the MS Banking Commissions.

Customer service representative, Jarrod, needs to learn some customer service manners. Not very kind or welcoming. We won't be banking here.
