Ordered flowers to be delivered online. Says delivered. Called 800 number and was told it was delivered. Told us we can't get refund. We had to come to the club. 7& 1/2 hours away. Lol. Can't make this stuff up.

Horrible in every way. I ordered flowers via the sam's website to be delivered to my daughter. Order placed no problem. Was able to pick a deliver time the same day - awesome! Waited a few hours for the delivery window to come around, got a message indicating the flowers were delivered. Woohoo! Wait, no they weren't. No delivery to my daughters residence, or any neighbor, or the mailbox, or the office. None. Called the 800 number to find out I need to talk to the store - the rep on the phone tried calling...no answer. Told me to try to call the following morning. Fine. Called...was told "we don't deliver floral. Well, hold one"...12 minutes later the call disconnects. Called back...no answer. Called 8 times before they answered. Ask to hold...52 minutes later, yes you read that correctly, after 52 minutes I get an answer and disconnected. They hung up on me. Called back, asked for store manager, on hold 12 minutes...call disconnected. Called back, no answer. Called back 5 times....finally answered again. Was Told the store manager stepped out and they could take my name and number and call me back...we'll see, but I doubt it.

Terrible customer service both times I've had to bring your lawn mower back cause they didn't work ! If anything they should have been super nice because I've had to load this thing up on two different occasions & siphon out the gas , so that cost me money ... The second time I even bought a battery siphoner to save me from having to turn the thing over & still wasn't good enough for your supervisor ! And the second time they made me wait in the return line all over again , ( with a bone spur in my knee that's needing surgery ) I was gonna exchange it out for a third one & decided your ppl weren't worth the hassle & aggravation I took my business elsewhere & got refunded ! To think I let my mom talk me into your membership is a shame unless I'm @ her store down in petal MS ... Cause you should be embarrassed up to your supervisor in Pearl , corporate you need to get into Pearl & clean some house ! I've been in customer service for 30+ years & would never treat someone so condescending & have them pay a membership fee to boot ....

I was recently in the store. It was close to closing time when I entered but the greeter did not make me aware of this. Several rude notifications were made over the intercom. Every customer was rudely rushed to check out. The cashiers were closing their lines down as The customers were trying to finish check out so that made the process slower and slower. And the person that checks the receipt when you leave was also very unfriendly. They definitely can improve their Attitudes, politeness, and customer service. I left the store feeling like an unwelcome burden instead of a valued customer.

Almost every time I come to this Club the cashiers have an attitude and the front end supervisor Tika has an attitude also. The customer service has really went down over the years at this location. It’s truly sad and I know prefer going to Costco around the corner.

Don’t buy square trade for phone insurance. I did and I can’t get any help. They did offer to sell me a new phone. Why should I buy another phone from them when they provided no help after my 15 month old insured Xr iPhone phone died?
