I have had a few really good experiences here and love the techs and services, but now the bad outweigh the good unfortunately. I wish they would be honest about wait times. If they would have told me it would be over an hour wait, I could choose for myself whether or not to do it, but they don’t. After my third time in a row of waiting over an hour with it not looking crowded and not being told it would be awhile, I unfortunately have to be done with this place which is a shame.

I have been going here for 4 years now and typically have a great experience. I'm greeted coming in the door. Josie and Andy are super friendly and do great pedicures.
The past few times I've come in, however, I have waited 30 minutes or more for my scheduled appointment. At my most recent appointment, I wasn't even acknowledged as I came in the door; it took about 15 minutes after I sat down for a staff member to ask what I was there for. The salon was not busy either, only two ladies waiting by me and the atmosphere was quiet and calm. Needless to say, I felt awkward and very frustrated. I am also always on time for my appointments.
Kevin, you and your staff are awesome and very hardworking, but you need to figure out a better strategy to handle walk-in clients and show preference to clients with appointments. Otherwise, just change to walk-ins (or appointments) only to keep your clients happy!

I’ve been dealing with this Nail company since 2023 & I have yet to be disappointed. I always bring out the talent I know they have within them. I have been serviced by Andy, Tina, Kim & the very old guy is my all time favorite. He takes his time & he is soooooo OCD & I LOVE THAT. I will post a few pics. The set I loved the most was the orange & white in honor of my sister who is a Multiple Sclerosis Warrior💪🏽🥰

Josie did an excellent job taking care of my nails. She made sure to pay extra attention to my pinky toes to ensure the shellac polish wouldn’t come off in two days, like they normally do. Highly recommend.
