We frankly just call this Shell Station 'Gluckstadt', and it's a must stop waypoint whenever we pass through Jackson MS. The bathrooms here are always clean, the service is always friendly, the pumps are always working and the AC is fresh and cool.
It's convenient to the expressway, too. Looking forward to our next road trip when we can drop by again.

Lady stayed on her phone the entire time. Didn't acknowledge me. When she asked if I was a reward member I said "no." That was the end of the conversation- didn't ask me to become a member. I guess I bothered her by my presence requiring her to actually do what she was getting paid to do.

Meat and three with bread. Fried chicken and Meatloaf and vegetables. Usually has pork chops. Worth the time and wait. 8-10$. Much improved service.

Customer service is non existent here. Lady at the food counter today was too busy picking up breakfast to sell me breakfast. When I finally got her attention her response was we are already picking it up, you have to wait for lunch. I won’t be back!

Staff definitely not the most friendly people. We stopped in and were going to buy things they had and get a meal. Both the person at the register and the person at the deli counter wouldn't give us the time of day. We left without spending any money. That's a shame.

Always have to go in and get a reciept because the workers are to lazy to go fix the paper in the gas pumps. My problem is two truck and three different kinds of gas. I have to go get the reciept and then pump the next one and then go in again. So i end up having to go in 3 times and wait in line. All because the staff want do there freakin job.
